⚠️ Be very careful before signing a contract with this firm. In my experience, they failed to provide the service I needed, yet still demanded full payment. Even when the failure came from their side, I was left without the service I paid for. Please read the contract carefully — you may end up paying without receiving the service.

Absolutely appalling experience. I approached this firm after they advertised themselves as specialists in the area I required assistance with. After an initial call where reception and clerks took detailed information, I was told someone would get back to me the next day. Two weeks passed with no contact. When I followed up, I was told they had no record of my information and was asked to resend everything. I complied — only to receive a dismissive response from the firm's director, who chastised me for completing steps that his own clerks had advised. He then informed me that they in fact do not specialise in the area they claim to on their website. Unprofessional, disrespectful, disorganised, and misleading. Save yourself time, stress, and frustration — go elsewhere!!

Awful service! Emma Jones completed our house sale for us and she was very rude and unprofessional. We moved in over two years ago and have only just received our Land Registry documents despite us contacting the company 27 times (yes 27!!!!) in the last year about this. Emma’s emails are very unprofessional, rude in tone and condescending. She is not the only one either. I would never use this company again. Edit to respond to reply: We were told by Emma to not contact her again and she gave us the email of someone new - this is who we tried to email. I also said I tried to contact 27 times - not email. It was a mix of phoning up and emailing said email we had from Emma. Either way, your company did not help nor respond to us on any of these 27 occasions. You also haven’t addressed her rudeness or the way she speaks to customers - probably as you know it’s true.
