I used berry smith to sell my business in a share sale of my company and the freehold. Excellent support and contact throughout with various team members on all aspects of the deal, with refinancing several properties too. This was all taken care of under one roof. Nothing was too much of a problem and Paul Evans and the rest of the team were available at nearly all parts of the day whenever I needed them. Very professional and approachable, I will definitely be using their services for any legal work in the future and and property work.

I have worked with Berry Smith Lawyers on and off for 10 years. They have sold a 2 of my houses, produced 2 wills for me and some complex legal agreements that I have needed. They have also given me free advice on some issues over the years and helped me deal with some difficult issues. I am most impressed with the partnership and each of the lawyers I have dealt with, all being strong and firm when dealing with my affairs while remaining personable and easy to work with, a very good combination. I will continue to employ their services in the future without any doubt. Highly recommended.

Terrible solicitors. Weren’t interested in my case and consistently misunderstood the facts which were fundamental to the issue. When I complained the Partner still failed to understand the facts and was clearly not impartial, just trying to protect the practice. I would not recommend this firm.
