I approached Beswicks Solicitors when looking for a conveyancing solicitor to purchase a property under the RTB scheme. From the outset, the service was outstanding. I quickly received a quote, and the process began smoothly. Jaeda handled my case, and I cannot thank her enough for the exceptional time and effort she invested. Although the overall purchase process was delayed, it was for the right reasons. Jaeda identified a discrepancy with the property boundary and rightly advised that this should be resolved before proceeding. While delays were caused by the other party, Jaeda kept me fully updated with every development and persistently chased for progress. I am so glad I chose Beswicks Solicitors. I used Beswick for Conveyancing as a first time buyer and from the beginning, I knew I was not dealing with your standard solicitors. Their communication and attention to detail is unlike any other firm I or my family have worked with.
