We used Beveridge and Kellas to sell a flat in Edinburgh. I particularly liked the viewing system where we would be emailed if a booking to view was made then receive the feedback via email shortly after. I can't find the words to say how fantastic Angela was throughout the process, she was a joy to deal with, kept us up to date, gave us advice and made the time to speak to us about anything we needed to know or enquire about. Angela was honest. kind and just lovely. After the offer was made, it was passed to Gillian to deal with and again she was fantastic - kept us in the loop and answered any questions we had no matter how silly. She made us feel confident the sale was in good hands. I would highly recommend Beveridge & Kellas (especially Angela and Gillian) to anyone. I found their prices to be of good value, their service to be impeccable and there was a real feeling of them having our best interests at heart. Thank you so much again!

Everyone at Beveridge and Kellas was very kind and helpful when I contacted them after my lovely mum died. Tammy and Olivia showed great sensitivity when dealing with my late mum's estate and then the sale of her home was passed to Angela who along with Billy ensured the property was well presented online. Kathy arranged viewings and the property was under offer within 10 days at which point John took over dealing with the associated legal documents. Throughout the whole process I was given guidance and support at what was a very difficult time for me. I felt that whoever I was dealing with at any given time was trying to ensure the best outcomes for me. Everything was completed without issue. I would have no hesitation recommending Beveridge and Kellas to anyone needing assistance navigating the legalities when someone dies or thinking about selling a property. The whole team are professional, knowledgeable and more importantly, helpful. I am very grateful for and satisfied with the service provided.

Angela Connery has been absolutely amazing to deal with during our experience of buying our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer any of our questions. I would like to give a big thank you to Beveridge and Kellas for the professional and caring service they provided. My parents passed away within 2 years of each other and Beveridge and Kellas dealt with the whole estate. It was a very emotional time for us and the thought of dealing with the estate was very difficult. However Beveridge and Kellas certainly did a fantastic job, All departments are so caring and professional and we couldn't have done it without them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and plan to use for my Will etc. Also a big thank you to Angela Connery of the property department for taking everything in hand in selling the property. Her guidance was spot on. Thank you to you all.
