We have used BHP Law for many years but never again. We requested the conveyance team to act on our recent property purchase in Scotland. Throughout the process it was difficult to speak with the conveyancer or assistant; who changed in the course of our purchase. Calls were returned at their convenience not mine; the client paying for their service. When the sale of my property completed they chose to keep MY monies overnight instead of sending them directly to my Scottish solicitor. Thus causing a delay in moving into my new home. I will never instruct them to conduct any further matters.

The most narcissist solicitors in durham A dying man can't get them to cooperate to get his wife to supply him clothes. Reported to sra. Avoid. Or they'll waste your money

Still no contact whatsoever from Peter Leech or anyone else at your office regarding my orphan nephews inheritance from his dad. I hope your client Paul, hasn't ran off with the money as I have proof you have been told about my nephew and how to contact his guardian. Absolutely terrible company. Not once have they tried to contact, or return any of my mother in laws calls, or any other family member on what is happening with my 12yo nephews inheritance. I'll be contacting the police as its obviously against the law to deny rightful inheritance in intestacy rules.

Terrible company. Dealt with my nephews (child) fathers estate and constantly refused to give any information to my nephews guardians on his inheritance. Probate now granted and my nephews name is not on the document or has he, or his guardians received any information whatsoever as the solicitor, Peter Leech, refused to communicate with us thrighout. Be aware. This company has caused a lot of stress for my family, when all it would of took was a phone call, even to advise us if he isn't allowed to discuss it.

Have been dealing with Dorothy at the Durham office for many years for both purchases and sales of properties. She and her department have always provided a professional service that is both thorough and efficient. Very good value. Would definitely recommend.
