Outstanding service from start to finish. I've used Bird & Co on a number of occasions now and I wouldn't ever use another solicitor. Laura Jarman in particular was excellent throughout. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Buying a house can be stressful however Laura made it as stress-free as possible, handling our queries efficiently and quickly and providing us with sound advice throughout. A great experience and thank you so much to Laura and the team for helping us buy our new home.

I had the pleasure of working with Rebbcca during the purchase of my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Poor / disorganised sales process. The team don't seem cognisant of what services they are actually able to provide. Instead of finding out or asking someone they wasted my time requesting I put the very simple request in writing. I then almost immediately recieved a confusingly worded response that seemed to translate to 'we dont actually do that' It essentially implied they were too busy however I hadnt given anything in relation to timescales for them to do this assessment

We are extremely pleased with our experience using Bird & Co Solicitors for purchasing our first home. The process was made easy and done professionally. Team Chard dealt with the conveyance swiftly and efficiently - Sophie, Hannah and Grace were friendly and well-organized at every stage, keeping us updated all the time and happy to answer emails almost straightaway. We also loved InTouch portal where we could see the progress and always know what part of the sales stage we were in. All my colleagues were amazed that I didn't have to call the solicitor's office even once to find out what's going on as I was able to check it online all the time. Thank you Team Chard, we are very grateful it was such a positive, stress-free process. We won't hesitate to use their service again and highly recommend using Bird & Co to anyone buying or selling property!
