In 2020. I Participated in the hardest battle of my adult life, a custody battle. For contex i live in north wales, my ex husband lives in scotland. We went through a pretty rough custody battle. Iain Maltman, was my solicitor. I never meet Iain in person, i was putting all my trust in someone i had only dealt with over the telephone and email due to the lockdown situation, and the fact i live 500 miles away! I could not ask for a better solicitor, Knowledgeable and friendly. And Yes I won the case! I am forever grateful that Iain Represented me in elgin court! If you need a family solicitor i would look no further!!

The practice should change the receptionist, she behaves in unapproachable manner, which you would not expect when looking for a good legal services.
