I recently used Blair Cadell for the purchase of one property and the sale of another. Their service has been excellent throughout: friendly, very efficient and professional, with a personal touch that I suspect you would not get in a larger firm. They really went above and beyond in undertaking marketing and conveyancing work for the flat I sold twice after a buyer withdrew at a late stage. Keri, Jamie and everyone else I spoke with at Blair Cadell were brilliant, always super helpful and very efficient. Nothing was ever to much hassle, they made the process of buying and selling very simple. Managed to get my old property marketed in a matter of days, and were quick to act on the purchase of my new property.
