We went with Blair Cadell for our property sale and purchase and couldn't be more happy with the job they've done. We were working with Adele mostly, with Keri covering when Adele was unavailable; their advice, support, and willingness to dive into the details was truly fantastic. Issues arising on the sellers side made our purchase more complex than expected and they handled it expertly, communicating often, and investigating situations and options to achieve what we hoped for from the purchase. A friend recommended Blair Cadell after we had a less than stellar meeting with another solicitor to start our home purchase, and we are so glad they did. Adele guided us through every step of the process in a very efficient and timely manner, and made the whole process so much easier than it might have been. We will definitely be going back to Adele for any future property purchases and I don't think I can really give any praise higher than that.
