Paul Cooper was an invaluable dispute resolution solicitor when it came to dissolving my business partnership with the other director in my company. He swiftly sorted out the contracts so that I could leave the partnership amicably which worked to the benefit of everyone involved. He helped me smoothly navigate my exit from the business following an irresolvable disagreement with the other director. There were numerous confusing communications from my ex-business partner which Paul was able to deal with swiftly and professionally without causing myself any further stress and anxiety. I felt that the way Paul dealt with the situation reduced the stress for each of the parties involved in a highly professional yet cost-effective manner. Thank you Paul, you made an awful situation much more bearable! I could not recommend him enough if you are looking for a dispute resolution solicitor.

We required the sale of a business and wanted it completed in a few weeks. We were recommend Blake Turner by a professional partner of ours. They undertook the assignment diligently and within requested timescales. Hannah Starling led the work and we found her responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We would unreservedly recommend the services of Blake Turner
