I engaged Ahisha at Blackwater Solicitors in early September 2024, based on a broker’s recommendation, and I must say I am extremely pleased with the service she provided. The transaction was quite complex, as it involved purchasing 100% of a shared ownership property, requiring coordination with multiple solicitors and additional legal steps. Despite these challenges, Ahisha handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. She ensured that we completed the exchange a week ahead of schedule, which was truly impressive.
