I engaged Ahisha at Blackwater Solicitors in early September 2024, based on a broker’s recommendation, and I must say I am extremely pleased with the service she provided. The transaction was quite complex, as it involved purchasing 100% of a shared ownership property, requiring coordination with multiple solicitors and additional legal steps. Despite these challenges, Ahisha handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. She ensured that we completed the exchange a week ahead of schedule, which was truly impressive. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to navigate the complexities of the process were outstanding. I always felt confident that everything was being handled correctly, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into making this happen smoothly. If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be communication. There were times when updates could have been more frequent, which would have provided additional reassurance during the process. However, I fully understand that she was likely managing multiple urgent cases, and given the overall quality of service, this is only a minor point. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and grateful for Ahisha’s hard work. She made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I would highly recommend her and Blackwater Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient legal service.

The conveyancing team at Blakewater Solicitor's helped with the purchase of a property in 2019. They were incredibly courteous and professional. I found them to be so efficient that I recently contacted them again for help with other legal matters. Shakeel did not disappoint.
