I had an awful experience with Blakewells for a flat purchase. First with Mehfooz – waiting weeks for replies. One day I found out via the seller's solicitor that Mehfooz had transferred the case over to Tahmina. They didn't communicate this to me! Tahmina started off ok but with similarly long reply times, lack of progress, lack of clear communication. And now I am waiting for them to refund my deposit, it has been months and they still haven't done it. Avoid Blakewells at all costs.

Avoid please read before going ahead with them. I was given a trainee solicitor and they have exposed my personal information with the public by not taking full care. Also the whole experience has been awful slow reply’s, not explaining things people leaving and then no one to reply to. For months now I am trying to sort out a solution. Can you imagine all my information is all over the internet saying my home address, my witness signatures and there addresses the solicitor just uploaded this to public view I am it you shocked. Stay away!
