Irena and the team have been looking after my child and I for 3.5 years. The stress and process at times has been immensely painful but from the moment I discovered BH&O Legal my hand has been held. Irena has supported me through an incredibly difficult time and I have felt like she has been on this journey with us, standing by my side. Helen and Ruth have been fantastic and I could not recommend them enough. Both of them were kind and understanding and I was treated like an individual from start to finish. I never felt like “just another client” and my case was overseen with kindness and professionalism. I cannot recommend BH&O more highly. From the very start of my enquiry to the end of my case, Emily and her team did their utmost to understand my situation and then to help and support me through one of the most stressful times in my life. Emily and her team were reassuring, honest, patient and empathetic, and they went out of their way to help me get what I needed. They managed to get all the information I was entitled to, when I had been floundering by myself with no one willing to share anything to do with my case with me. We value her for kind & empathetic nature, but also for her extensive knowledge and expertise in her field. My business dealings with Ruth and other people at BHO have also been very professional.
