Based on my experience, Adam Solicitor provides one of the poorest customer services. A Nepalese lady answered the phone and displayed rude behavior and a disrespectful attitude. Even if you speak to her politely, she will not respond in a polite manner. In the end, she advised me to find another solicitor, stating not to choose Adam Solicitor. It makes me wonder how she would handle clients without the support of people like us. Therefore, I have decided not to engage with Adam Solicitor in the future, as I have other relatives who need assistance. I highly recommend that anyone seeking the services of Adam Solicitor reconsider their decision, as they may end up regretting it with tears, especially due to the behaviour of the lady in question.
