Boyes Turner provided an excellent service throughout our property sale. The team was highly professional, responsive, and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Communication was always clear, and questions were dealt with promptly. Special thanks to Renika Jassal and Tajmin Begum for their support.

We used Ellena Balshaw in the Boyes Turner Residential Conveyancing team for our house move, and she was simply brilliant. What should have been a straightforward transaction became far more challenging due to a difficult buyer who pulled out, returned, and then appointed an extremely slow firm on their side. Their admin-led approach caused repeated delays, with decisions unable to progress without solicitor sign-off, despite Ellie clearly communicating our fixed completion dates. At the same time, our sellers were keen to move quickly as they were leaving the country. Throughout the process, Ellie kept us regularly and clearly informed about where things stood, the position with both our buyer and seller, and exactly what we needed to do next. She also proactively liaised with our estate agents and other parties to keep everyone aligned, meaning we were fully prepared and ready to proceed ahead of others. I would highly recommend Ellie to anyone buying or selling a property.

Moved home many times and have seen good and bad conveyances. But never Outstanding…. Until now. Ellie Balshaw took over from the brilliant Stella Perry and hit the ground running. Her help, advice and overall support were such an important part of making a difficult situation seem easy. Ellie was a star. Thanks Ellie.

We worked with Emily Neale from Boyes Turner on a complex house purchase. We were very impressed with her attention to detail, timeliness and ability to break down legal findings into digestible takeaways

We had a fairly complex purchase with a lot of back and forth, and throughout the entire process Renika and Tajmin were professional, responsive, and reassuring. They guided us clearly at every stage, kept things moving, and were always available when questions came up. Their calm approach and attention to detail made a stressful process much easier, especially in the final stages leading up to completion. We truly appreciated the support and would happily recommend them.
