I had a complicated case regarding spouse visa application. We applied ourselves but home office demanded more evidence in which we were confused because we already have submitted what we think was needed. Then I contacted bpa lawyers. I talked to Donna Gilligan in the start .The way she assured me in the times of confusion was more than a light of hope. Then i had zoom meeting with Ghazala and after listening to my case she guided me how to provide more legal evidence. She answered to my all queries along the process. She replied to home office on our behalf and we got our visa approved Allhamdullilah. Highly recommended.

Used BPA for an immigration case. The case proceeded too slowly and the individual was deported before they ever filed anything on his behalf. The timeline we were given at the initial consulation was not followed and the information that was included in the petitions that were finally filed were done incorrectly and filled with information that was wrong, even though we supplied all of the information requested of us the day after our initial meeting. This was a huge waste and while we only paid half of what was requested that was still too much and I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a itemized bill and a decision about a refund for the time they did not use or used to create a flawed document.

booked an appointment with this firm for advice on applying for ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain). Unfortunately, they advised me to apply using the wrong form, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. I later had to consult another immigration firm to correct their mistake. Since then, they have ignored my emails and have not responded to my request for a refund or accountability. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable immigration advice.
