The worst experience ever! Company is interested in money. Once I asked about the next steps, what they are going to do to get positive outcome for me, they never answered my email or phone calls. So terrible attitude, keeping you always waiting for something, in constant stress. Terrible. Terrible. People never ever go there.

Hands down the worst experience I've had with any company never mind legal representative. I was with them 3.5 years after being recommended by an MLA to act on my behalf for a parental alienation case but I was so let down. So much so that I considered a formal complaint to the law society (and still am seriously considering it). Without going into detail (and ommiting a LOT of other issues) ... * My file was lost multiple times when Solicitors left the business. * Phone calls and emails not replied to for weeks on end. * A court order was made which in turn was given to me by Brentnall but they only provided part of it leading to me unknowingly breaking it and facing criminal proceedings for doing so. The only thing that saved this from happening was my ability to show the judge the email in which is was given totally inaccurate and incomplete information. * Worst of all - I then find out (after finally biting the bullet and leaving) that after 3 + years, they never once lodged court proceedings for me to see my son. I take some of the responsibility for not leaving sooner but after so long I felt committed to seeing it through and I stupidly gave extra allowances for errors due to covid. A hard lesson learned! Absolutely disgusted that such a place can treat clients like cash cows and under-deliver in such a way. For my legal representatives to underperform so badly that I could have had a criminal charge...flabbergasted!

The most unprofessional legal establishment I have ever dealt with! Recommended by a personal friend of to deal with a vaccine injury to a young child and after multiple phone calls and emails they don't even have the courtesy to reply ? Absolutely disgusting!

Had an appointment with Brentnall legal today .The office is located in brilliant area with plenty of parking spaces .The staff so friendly and can make a lovely cups tea lol .I would highly recommend Brentnall legal team to anyone .All the very best for the future.
