Amazing!! I have brought a home and sold a home with different solicitors so this is my 3rd time using solicitors and I can’t explain how amazing they are. Julie and the team are so friendly, so efficient, they managed to complete the purchase of my house within 2 months. All my previous solicitors it has always been me chasing them but with this team I have never had to chase them. Both my partner and me are so amazed at the level of service they provide and they actually give you solicitors advise too. We have used Brett Holt Solicitors several times over the last 40 years, so went to them for the conveyancing on selling our house and purchasing a new one. The instruction was undertaken by Julie Wale and we cannot fault her commitment to the case. She was always available to answer questions, both by e:mail and telephone, mostly by return on the same day. Brett Holt is a really good local law firm.
