Outstanding handling of a ‘totting up‘ speeding situation by Rob Pollington Rob Pollington was recommended to me to handle a very unfortunate totting up speeding situation which brought about a court summons; the potential outcome for this being disqualification for six months, which terrified me. From the start Rob was reassuring, compassionate and handled the whole situation with empathy and professionalism making a huge difference to my perspective of the matter. To make things wholly more complicated another incident occurred in the lead up to the case; very tearful phone call to Rob followed where I was assured everything would still be done to address all the offences as a whole, in order to give the best chance of a positive outcome. Robs knowledge of motoring law is absolutely second to none. The considerable time he spent preparing for my case was seriously impressive, meaning that absolutely no stone was left unturned. I arrived on the day fully briefed and ready to go with as much supporting documentation that we could possibly have put together. Mr Pollington’s approach to a particularly sensitive and personal case was absolutely second to none. It was also evident that Rob has an amazing rapport with everyone in and around the court and is very highly thought of by all, something which I am sure helped in securing the positive outcome he achieved on my behalf. I am absolutely convinced that things would have turned out very differently for me if Rob had not stepped in and taken over. Thank you so much Rob for dealing with a very emotional client and securing the best outcome we could possibly have wished for, I will be forever in your debt.. Anyone who instructs Rob to act for them will, I guarantee not be disappointed.

Rob you are truly a gift sent from Heaven. Will make this short and sweet but what a fantastic guy. Our family found ourselves having to deal with a sticky situation and having never been in a courtroom before we were introduce to a solicitor called Rob. We had a meeting and he explained everything and went above and beyond what he needed to do I am sure. If he had not been there the outcome could have been very different. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Would highly recommend.

Rob New recently represented me and my experience with him was absolutely impeccable. He listened, asked the relevant questions to gain a full picture of what my situation was and reasons surrounding the bigger picture past and present that impacted the events that occurred. He was patient, understanding and non judgmental. Rob went above and beyond to help create environments and processes and special health requirements of various conditions to support and ensure the process of the magisterial hearing was made as smooth as possible with the special and complex health conditions that needed taking into consideration for the hearing. He really did support and present a true version of events but with implicit understanding of facts and circumstances surrounding the case. The whole employees and staff within the court could not be any more supportive and understanding in my case and I believe that was much down to the understanding and explanation of the complexity of facts and records that had strong implications and insights to actions that took place.
