I used Brit Solicitors on many occasions. From our first meeting, they were professional, approachable, and explained everything clearly without unnecessary jargon. Communication was excellent throughout—I always felt informed and confident about the next steps. They handled my case efficiently, kept to deadlines, and achieved a great outcome. It was clear they genuinely cared about doing the best for me, not just getting the job done. Absolutely Useless ! Would give Zero stars if I could. My Boyfriend Amine instructed Brit Solicitors to act on his behalf June 2025 and they didn't do a thing for him, ignored all telephone calls and e mails.... Amine changed solicitors in April 2026 and Lena at BPA Solicitors (Newport) was absolutely amazing and sorted his problem out in 3 weeks !!!!

★☆☆☆☆ One of the Worst Solicitors We’ve Ever Dealt With We had an extremely disappointing experience with Britt Solicitors in Whitechapel. We approached them for a lease surrender, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Not only did they charge us a huge amount of money, but they also made repeated errors on our documents. We had to send the paperwork back four times because they kept inserting the wrong information instead of ours. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially from a professional legal service. It was a complete waste of our time and money. Their lack of attention to detail and poor communication made a simple process far more stressful than it needed to be. We would strongly not recommend this solicitor to anyone. Look elsewhere if you want your legal matters handled with accuracy and professionalism.

Absolutely useless. It is concerning that they have attempted to defraud us of substantial funds and continue to solicit additional funds. It took Anwar nearly a month to respond to an email sent to him on our behalf. This behaviour raises serious questions about their veracity as solicitors and their true intentions. I believe they are primarily motivated by self-interest and seeking to raise funds for their own benefit. Such actions are unacceptable. The small claims court will be in touch with Anwar regarding this matter.
