i was very disappointed with BRM Legal. There communication was extremely poor. They mixed up information. Sent wrong information to the sellers solicitors. They told me wrong information. They didn't respond in a timely manner. At one point I was considering moving to a different solicitor. Most of the people I spoke with did not have English as a first language, very frustrating. They are cheaper than most other solicitors and now I understand why. If I knew of their poor quality prior to hiring them I definitely would not have done so.

After two false starts where buyers pulled out BRM Legal were able to swing into action when a genuine buyer appeared. Everything went smoothly with exchange and completion happening almost simultaneously. Sellers and buyers are often nervous at these times so regular updates and reassurance would be helpful. My questions were answered promptly but regular, unprompted, updates would have been even better.
