After two false starts where buyers pulled out BRM Legal were able to swing into action when a genuine buyer appeared. Everything went smoothly with exchange and completion happening almost simultaneously. Sellers and buyers are often nervous at these times so regular updates and reassurance would be helpful. My questions were answered promptly but regular, unprompted, updates would have been even better.

If I could rate a 0 then I would!!! I was remortgaging with another provider so simple and straightforward process....you would think! My caseworker changed twice (or maybe it was 3 times!)....and each time I was asked to send over information that I had already provided more than once! The portal was not regularly updated and no response when I requested an update. It seemed that my "case" was only progressed once a week and no information provided on the process or next steps. Definitely would NOT recommend!

BRM handled both the sale of my property and the purchase of a new property From start to finish they were professional , informative and dealt easily and quickly with every detail. Their fees were most competitive and anyone hesitant about using online solicitors , the BRM experience would rid you of any concerns . Special mention to Saba and Zarshina who personally handled the sale and purchase respectively . Always informative and eager to help , they personally made the whole BRM experience completely stress free and were a pleasure to deal with All in all , Highly Recommended
