Didn't realise that the Carlisle branch had moved from English Street to Warwick Road. Spoke with the lady I needed to and she checked the paperwork confirming that all was in order. She then said that in the new year she would contact me to get on with the next steps. All has been handled really well and very professionally with each step being clearly explained.
