Avoid at all costs!! Been dealing with my Grandfathers estate for 12+ months, after being told the 'simple' case would take 6-9 months, and still no closer to being resolved. Theyve sat on information and his money for well over 6 months now. Takes you months to get a response from anyone. And they're now writing up documents, no one needs, wants or asked for, whilst being charged £250 p/h for the privilege. Currently seeking legal advice elsewhere to have this resolved asap.
