I had an appointment at Brown's Solicitors today and their services are brilliant. From when the Receptionist welcomes you to the 2 ladies, Hazel and Daisy who dealt with me, you are made to feel so comfortable and welcome. They certainly know their stuff. Explained in terms I understood and I came out knowing all would be dealt with to the last detail. Thank you

Quite possibly the rudest and most unprofessional outfit I have ever come across. They are holding a significant amount of money from a probate matter and they are refusing to make a partial payment to the beneficiary without providing any explanation whatsoever. A full complaint to the SRA and Legal Ombudsman will follow once a final resolution letter is received.

Really like these solicitors. Always very friendly and helpful and this last visit was after my losing my husband but my solicitor there was very helpful and kind and made sure I had everything I needed and advised anything I needed to be dealing with.
