Useless, incompetent and completely unprofessional. Called and emailed multiple times and no reply from Audrey Blair. Previously used on 4 transactions very successfully and smoothlu but this time we couldn't even speak to her. No reply, no acknowledgement, complete radio silence.

Highest commendation for Lori Henderson Paralegal for BTO Solicitors LLP, she was so professional, always going that extra step, always following up no matter how busy she was with other work, also so courteous and giving clear guidance. For me No 1 solicitors are BTO but Lori shines out as a 5 star. Please commend her.

I’m happy to review the outstanding service we received from BTO Solicitors, especially from their paralegal, Colin Carmichael. In April, Colin assisted us with the sale of our home in Glasgow, and he was incredible throughout the entire process. I initially contacted BTO a few months before the sale to plan ahead.
