I have used this Company for many years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any Company however big or small. I am a sole trader and have been given expert guidance on all aspects of my business over the years. It's a very large Company but the Managing Director Steve Sutton is quite happy to help on a personal level and has a wealth of knowledge that he is happy to share. My Accounts and Vat are expertly handled by Oliver Laughton and his brilliant team. I can get on with my job and never have to worry about the Accounts side of the Business as they are in the safest of hands.

I was highly recommended this firm by a friend, in the hope that they could review and possibly save us some money on Inheritance Tax. There was a “specialist” dealing with our case. However, after requesting for 18 MONTHS to review our case, and countless unanswered emails and telephone calls were made to see how they had progressed, we had not progressed at all since the initial meeting. We have records of the calls and emails. When we said we’d like to cancel our service to them, they gave a confirmation on the same afternoon! I’m confused by this….. if you didn’t want our business, why didn’t you say this on the original meeting? We have lost thousands due to their ignorance, negligence, and shocking customer service! Please do your research and ask the right questions before using this firm. It’s very obvious they provide services that’s good for the firm rather than what’s good for their clients.
