MIke was a lifesaver when it came to understanding the Scottish law and how the process would work. He was always realistic and detailed all scenarios for us to make informed decisions for the case. During the trial, I found Mike to be extremely well researched with the case references and his arguments in support of my case very well articulated. He laid down the facts plainly so the judge was able to understand my viewpoint and this led to us receiving a favorable outcome. If you need a criminal lawyer then I personally would highly recommend Mr Burnett from Burnett Criminal Defence. He is very professional and thorough, he kept me updated throughout the whole process of my case either by phone or a very detailed email outlining everything that was discussed etc. he Offered brilliant advice every step of the way. If I needed to contact Mr Burnett and he wasn’t available he would always return my call in a prompt manner. I didn’t even have to attend court myself as Mr Burnett dealt with this on my behalf which was peace of mind for myself and family. It relieved a lot of stress off me as I was no longer local to the court so had I of had to attend it would of been a 7 hours journey.
