I recently engaged the services of Burt Brill & Cardens to make my will - a task I’d been putting off for ages. The solicitor, Rosie Smith, made the whole process simple and straightforward. She understood my concerns, explained the clauses and technicalities and guided me throughout. I had a face to face meeting and one more to sign the document and she kept me informed throughout. I have used Burt Brill and Cardens Solicitors several times through out 12 years now. Always professional, courteous and consistent. For buying and selling properties and also for wills and POA. I have never been disappointed, information is forthcoming without having to chase and their concern for the client is robust. A special mention has to be said for Victoria Fletcher. What could’ve been a very stressful and emotional purchase and sale due to personal circumstances and of course the normal delays and bumps associated to this process was made painless and as smooth as could’ve never imagined thanks to the hard work and genuine care for me as a client by Victoria. Vicki was brilliant all the way through my BTL property purchase, as was Ruth, and super flexible about anything that happened during the process. I am really glad I chose BBC as my solicitor, instead of just using the conveyancing firm appointed by my lender. Well worth the money and peace of mind.
