Took 3 written requests to change of address in their records after they kept issuing correspondence with the wrong address. Got a reminder saying they were waiting for me to sign my return (I had signed and returned 3 months earlier and my tax return was already lodged). When I provided feedback I was told they would no longer work with me. Would you trust this company when they cannot keep accurate records of key data including your address, receipt of vital documents or if they had even lodged your tax return? Not to mention then refusing to work with your again?

Found them very helpful when I was running my own business which unfortunately I had to shut down due to factors outside of my control. Always helpful with my accounts and through the shutdown of the company. Would recommend to anyone who asks. Reasonably priced and a very friendly personal experience.
