I was very pleased with the service I received from Caddick Davies Solicitors regarding my speeding case. From the start, they explained the process clearly and kept me informed at every stage. Thanks to their diligent work, the case was withdrawn, and I no longer face the risk of disqualification. They also offered to help with recovering some of my legal costs, which was a great relief. I had the pleasure of speaking with Neil, Senior Partner at Caddick Davies, about two traffic offences, and I can honestly say he went above and beyond. From start to finish, he was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand my situation, explained everything in plain, clear terms, and gave me advice I could actually act on. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to handle the cases calmly and efficiently: a speeding course for the first offence, and 3 points plus a £100 fine for the second. He reassured me that I didn’t even need to hire a solicitor and gave me advice to protect my personal driving record in the future—something I wouldn’t have known otherwise! We contacted Caddick Davies just five days before my son's court appearance for a drink driving charge, it was a late and stressful situation, especially over a weekend. Despite the short notice, they immediately pulled everything together and arranged representation for him. From the very start, Louis guided us through the entire process with calm, clarity, and professionalism. He made something very overwhelming feel manageable, especially for my son, who is very young and had never been involved with the magistrates court before. Louis and Richard were extremely professional, efficient, and just as importantly non-judgemental. They genuinely looked after my son and gave us a much better outcome than we expected. Our barrister, Richard, was outstanding in court. He handled everything and made sure my son was supported throughout. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without their help. Being at risk of losing your driving licence due to totting up is an incredibly stressful situation. I chose Caddick Davies after a recommendation from one of my clients at work, and I’m so glad I did. The outcome was better than I could have hoped for.
