I’m so glad I chose Caddick Davies. I discovered a speeding matter had been sent to an old address; because I didn’t receive the request to identify the driver, the matter progressed to court and resulted in a conviction before I knew anything about it. Daniel Wardle suggested at our first contact that Caddick Davies could help me with my stat dec, then contact the police to request they discontinue the case- thus avoiding court all together – and at a very reasonable fee! Other firms I had previously contacted never suggested this- other firms told me chances were low and just offered costly representation in magistrates court. Kane Harnwell then handled the case fantastically, guiding me with calm professionalism. He arranged the statutory declaration, which was accepted. Then by contacting the police, who agreed to drop all charges. He kept me informed every step of the way and ensured everything was confirmed on the DVLA website. He worked so hard to get things done quickly for me, which I couldn’t be more grateful for. Kane was fantastic and is a huge credit to Caddick Davies. Thanks to Kane, Daniel and Caddick Davies, whose support in this matter has had a hugely positive impact on my professional and personal life.

Outstanding Service – Case Successfully Dismissed The court failed to provide a translator for my father on multiple occasions. Even though this wasn’t the firm’s responsibility and despite their terms stating that each hearing is chargeable, they chose not to charge me for the additional hearings caused by these delays. This gesture of goodwill meant more than I can express.
