From the very first conversation , he listened with genuine care , explained every step clearly , and made me feel completely reassured during my very stressful time. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable about employment law , but what really set him apart is his empathy and commitment to his client. Zero star. Very disappointing experience with this firm. They seemed far more interested in volume and quick settlements than in properly supporting clients. Communication and professionalism were poor, and their approach felt misleading and overly focused on fees rather than the client’s interests. I would definitely NOT recommend them.

This firm operates like classic ambulance chasers — more interested in volume and profit than in genuinely helping clients. They seem to prioritise quick payouts over quality representation, and the level of professionalism is disappointingly low. In my experience, they gave the impression of being more concerned with their own gain than the actual well-being or justice for their clients. Not what you want from a solicitor, if you can even call them solicitors. A man without ethics is a wild beast loosed upon this world.

Fantastic service from Mr Paul Jackson of Cambridge Legal Practice. Paul is an exceptional solicitor. Not only is Paul extremely knowledgeable he is also very friendly and supportive to his clients.
