Gemma was recommended to my wife and I by a good friend of ours who had also used Gemma Wills for there needs. Our first impression of the company was its neutral environment ! no corner office or stuffy workplace reeking of give me your money, we had parked up out side of Gemma's Property, "Gemma's home"? of all places, very unexpected but also very welcome. After our initial pre-will conversation we realised it was the perfect environment to be in for such a daunting and intimate process. We was greeted with a smile and a homely atmosphere. My wife and I were out of our depth in regards to the depth of the information required we had researched the process on the net but that was not enough, Gemma had a solution, a Pre-will introduction, after a cup of tea and informal introductions. We found it was easier to reflect on our own experience with what we had gone though with our own parents passing , the turmoil and in family fighting and lies after there passing. Gemma was understanding and very helpful, inviting and suggesting idea's on how we can eliminate the possibility of the same happening with our own family, time and time again our conversation changed but that did not phase Gemma , a true professional, yes Gemma has being and done the same over and over but that is what we needed the use of her knowledge and experience. WE CAME UPWITH A PLAN !!! My wife and I decided to discus the plan, the, ( Will and Power of attorney) with our family and all of the executers and kept them informed at every stage so they can have there say and disclose their aspirations on the matter. Unfortunately for Gemma we decided on another plan, and this was the case for several weeks when finally we had reached the end of the process. My wife and I had received the draft's so we presented them to the family and executors, but you have to understand you do not have a crystal ball all you can offer is your best at the time. Gemma will and Estates Planning in particular our host, Gamma, is understanding of your needs and very good at her job if that's the correct name, I feel it is her passion to assist people in their lack of understanding when it comes to a very difficult process. If I may Gemma, My wife and I whish you, your family and your business prosperity and good health and of course a big thankyou from my family to you.
