AWFUL solicitors save your money and go somewhere else. I have rang for 4 weeks constantly to gain an update on my dad’s probate case. Which they have had for 8 months, no call back or even an acknowledgment via email. They do not act in the interest of their clients, the solicitor will repeat same actions, even when promises are made by staff members to return phone calls for updates. Honestly this experience has devastated me and I will be making a formal complaint to the SRA solicitors Regulation Authority to hopefully shut down a practice which clearly cannot manage their own workloads correctly. Hardeep Sodi is never at work and neglects her clients. We have had enough! If anyone has had the same experience please contact me so I can add to my pending case which is being submitted today

Subject: Frustrating Experience with Document Legalization Process I've been trying to get a document legalized, and the process has proven to be unnecessarily cumbersome. The document only requires a signature, date, and stamp, a task that should take no more than five minutes. However, despite my efforts, I've encountered persistent challenges in navigating the system. Every time I call the reception, I am consistently directed to write an email. Despite my diligent adherence to this instruction, I have yet to receive any replies. I am more than willing to pay for the service, but the receptionists insist on email correspondence rather than allowing a brief two-minute conversation with the actual lawyer. Moreover, the promise of a callback has been unfulfilled on multiple occasions. A simple, efficient solution is available if I could just have a brief discussion with the lawyer for five minutes. I'm ready and willing to pay for the service, and it seems perplexing that this relatively straightforward task has become unnecessarily complicated. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, as it is in the best interest of both parties to streamline this process. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
