I was allocated this solicitors through ‘legal aid’ and was placed with Carla Forfar as my solicitor. What an insolent, rude and unprofessional individual. I asked for a simple request of a ‘paper trail’ to be made after getting no reply for weeks via email and two phone calls to the office (One speaking to a receptionist and two leaving a message for Ms Forfar, which I have recorded in my call log) I finally get an disrespectful email back this then lead into an petty passive aggressive email back and forth and in the end I said I will be finding a new legal counsel. It’s nearly 24 hours later and I’m still shocked I was spoken to in such a manner by someone let alone someone in a professional capacity. Can’t speak for the Law firm as a whole as they practice in many areas such as family and housing law but my experience has been diabolical. I am now going to the SAR and the Legal Ombudsman about this insolent lady not to repeat my wording but that sums her up well. To quote Ms Forfar, “So there we are, Thanks!”
