Castle Estate Planning have been nothing but exceptional in their professional capacity as we updated a family Will. A previous 'DIY' Will had an important error in it and would most certainly have been found invalid which would have compounded inevitable sadness. I can't stress enough how important it is to ensure that professional experts help with the complexities of such an important document. Having an office in the Colchester city centre is so convenient and being able to quickly pop in and have a quick chat and get some information about the other important services offered is definitely a plus. They are also dog friendly and I'm sure your pet would be welcome to attend an appointment if circumstances mean it can't be left alone. (Obviously check first!) Can't say that about many professional offices. There are also nibbles and water for passing pooches at the entrance ... what's not to like! On a personal level, Kim and Adam are two of the nicest people you could hope to meet. The patience and care afforded to us was second to none through-out and it was much appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending CEP and, like so many people, thought I'll get round to doing that some time' ... now that we've finally 'gotten round to doing it' there is peace of mind knowing everything is in order. We thank them both and wish them every success for the future. C&C
