Contacted this firm to assist with a Will. Details exchanged viaxacweb chat in order to arrange meeting. No follow up recieved. A week later I telephoned and spoke with an lady at the office. Explained I would be in Liverpool on specific dates in order to schedule a meeting. Again promises received to arrange an appointment. Again, no follow up communications received. Seeking alternative provider as this does note bode well.
