Can’t recommend CGM Hythe highly enough. I used CGM a few years ago and had a great experience with Michala so I’m a returning client. Once again Michala and the team handled our house move, it wasn’t the easiest and there were numerous issues with others in the chain. Michala was totally professional, a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond, to make sure our sale and purchase completed to a deadline. Everyone I dealt with in the Hythe office gave exceptional customer service and I felt updated all the way through the process. I would not hesitate to recommend CGM, a brilliant job done!Thank you so much for helping us achieve our forever home!

I have use CGM a number of times now and will always us them. Friendly and helpful, the last purchase wasn't straightforward but they were on it and got it sorted. Amazing work, thank you to the team. Highly recommend them.

CGM are probably the worst solicitors that we have ever used, potentially the worst full stop. Upon the unexpected death of my father, we were thrusted towards using CGM to carry out the Will as he had put CGM as joint executors when writing it. Their communication from the outset was horrendous, they tried charging astronomical prices for things and preyed on our inexperience and lack of understanding of probate. We didn’t hear anything from them for months on end and every single time they said they were going to do something, it would take weeks. At one point they didn’t get back to my husband for 3 weeks and charged us for phone calls chasing them. Finally the estate has been settled and we can move past this. They made a very difficult time even harder. I will never ever recommend CGM and if anyone asks, would warn them of the terrible service they will likely have should they decide to go with them! Would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

Half way through a house purchase with CGM and can only give positive praise for the work done to date. Michale has been looking after my purchase and has been 1st class. Nothing Is ever too much trouble with any enquires always back to me by close of business the same day. The team have a real proactive approach letting you know about annual leave and who will be covering emails etc. All simple things done well which I have witnessed first hand recently not done at more established law firms. I have just got my sister to use these on her next house purchase saving her a small fortune compared to other quotes she had been given.
