It took slightly longer than expected but you kept it moving and us up to date with everything. We were struggling with getting removals and you even gave us a company to call, who booked us in and were amazingly organised and very well priced. This was our second time using Charles Newton & Co. having previous experience with them on a property purchase, this time we used them for a sale through their estate agent and solicitor combined package and once again we have been blown away by the outstanding service and value they offer their clients. The estates team made a brilliant listing for us & we managed to get an offer within a week of listing and were lucky enough to have Molly & Nisha again to handle the conveyancing side of things to get it all through and they were fantastic throughout. We had used the services of Charles Newton previously at their Ilkeston office and were very impressed, so had no hesitation in using them again. This time we used the Eastwood office for the sale of my mother's property and again were very impressed. They are so professional to say the least and I would highly recommend them without a doubt.
