Can’t explain how much help we have received as a family! Radikha was super efficient and provided such clear guidance on what was needed for our particular case. A bit of background, family wished to visit us from India but unfortunately their application was refused numerous times - we gave up. We then wanted to try one last time, even this was a refusal and we were advised to request the Home Office for a reconsideration and fast forward 2 months, we just received the good news!!! These people are really connecting families, much appreciated! Highly recommend🤍.

1/5 Stars - Avoid This Agent at All Costs!* I'm writing this review as a warning to others after the disastrous experience my family had with these people . They completely ruined my brother's and mother's immigration profiles, and we're still dealing with the consequences. The agent's incompetence was staggering. They failed to prepare a thorough and well-supported file, despite taking £400 from us. The visa application was rejected due to their mistakes, which is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and care shown by this agent is appalling. They seem more interested in taking money from vulnerable clients than providing a genuine service. I strongly advise others to avoid charles simmons at all costs. They will only cause you stress, financial loss, and damage to your immigration prospects. *Do not trust this agent with your future. Look elsewhere for a reputable and competent immigration service.*

After 18 years and 8 refusal, finally, my Dad got a UK visitors visa. We applied for visitors Visa in December 2024, but the home office refused the application. Then, in January, we appel Pre-Action-Protocol (PAP). With in one month home office withdrawn the refusal decision. Then, the subject to the reconsideration grant of a Visa takes 3 months' time.
