Highly recommended. Friendly and efficient staff. Service is made very easy to use. Our mediator, Imogene, was excellent. Imogene is friendly, non judgemental, fair and really helped to keep sessions focused on what is important and she is very child focused. We have managed to reach an agreement which has exceeded my expectations! Very happy!

Although my experience of this company was afew years ago it still haunts me. I walked out in tears. After leaving a domestic abuse marriage where me and my children had both come to harm in every way. We had to try medication before court proceedings. I was treated so badly by Mabel. Who was so rude and spoke to me in such a horrible way I left in tears. Being told I needed to do handovers with my children to their father after abuse and police involvement and when saying I didn’t feel comfortable with this I was told I was making things awkward and difficult and how I was the problem. My ex was a risk to my children. I walked out of mediation and never returned. Once attending court my ex partner was granted no contact! Which shows I was right to feel the way I did and how Mabel was wrong to push me into something that wasn’t safe for me or my children. I feel she’s in the wrong job and she’s no mediator. She takes sides and pushes people to do things that are not safe! I will never use this company again and would never recommend to anyone either!

I have spent 30000 solicitors fees I only hoped my ex had accepted Mediation earlier. In one meeting after 1 year the mediator Mabel was amazing, fantastic her patience, her wisdom and skills got me contact with my children who are my life. She was honest and truthful and told both of us stop blaming and move forward. All I wanted was same amount of time with most precious thing on this planet our children. Please we need to end conflict and this mediation is the way forward for all problems. Do not waste your money in court.

At first I was dubious, I met Mabel and didn't like her for her straight to the point facts that made me feel awful. But by the end of the session I had calmed down and was listening to what she had to say and it was what was the best interest of my children. On my 3rd session it was safe to say Mabel had tamed the savage beast and I could be in the same room as my children's father for the 1st time in nearly 10 years AND we managed to come to an agreement to suit both us and the children. Massive thankyou to Mabel for taking the time on me when any other mediator would have just thrown me out, you really are a God send and now my kids lead a happier life with both parents who can be amicable.

Thanks so much to Mabel, the financial mediation process was excellent. I was dreading having to go through this with my soon to be ex husband to sort out our finances, but Mabel guided us through expertly and impartially. I can highly recommend using this service, as not only is it very professional, but they are very flexible around work comittments you have etc and can hold meetings on face time or zoom.
