I was introduced to Chris via a recommendation as he had successfully worked on an immigration matter. When I first met with Chris he took the time to listen to my situation and make his educated recommendations. This has followed with a smooth and successful application. His legal assistant also needs a special mention as she is very personable and patient. Would highly recommend and would use Chis service again in the future.

Our relationship with Chris & Co solicitors went very well at the beginning. Chris was knowledgeable and available when we called late in the night after a failed application. We went to his office the next day and began working on the application - which later turned out to be successful. I am happily living/working in the UK. Although the office was able to successfully assist me with my application, what transpired after that was very troubling. I requested my documents to be returned by courier (arranged by myself) and the office sent them in an OPEN envelope (including my passport, medical records, bank details etc) making it extremely easy for anyone to view or steal our identity. This is what I would consider a serious breach of client confidentiality. I brought this to the attention of Chris and he was extremely apologetic and offered £100 as a good will gesture. Months have passed and I emailed him again as I was becoming annoyed that my complaint has not been taken seriously. He responded stating that he would be withdrawing the good will gesture and said I have the right to complain "However, there are always consequences, however long it may take" and then blocked me. This firm has no only allowed for my personal information to be potentially stolen, but also seem to be bullying when it comes to complaints. In my opinion: I am pleased that my application was approved but now I fear my personal information may have been tampered with.
