His depth of knowledge combined with his patience made the entire process very understandable as well as providing peace of mind. Chris has recently written wills for my husband and I. Having started the process a few months ago, our busy lives took over and it took us some time to organise ourselves and complete them. Chris was patient and professional ensuring that we both understood everything as we went through the details. Chris was contactable and answered questions we had promptly - both by email and text. The process was made even simpler with Chris visiting us in our home in the evening rather than us having to rush to an office during work hours. Chris helped us to produce our first ever Wills and was thoroughly professional from start to finish. He explained at length all of the decisions that we were required to make and gave us as much time as we needed to do so - we never felt rushed nor patronised despite some of our very basic queries! Above all Chris was extremely patient with us when our hectic calendars meant the postponement of meetings etc and we would absolutely use Chris again and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone seeking a similar service.

I came across Chris’s company when looking for some help with regards to Lasting Power of Attorney and making a Will. From the offset Chris was helpful and explained the full process, detailing legal frameworks and what we needed to do. My will requirements were pretty complicated (in my opinion anyway!) but Chris was patient and understanding all of the way through the process, despite me taking forever to make decisions and supply the info in dribs and drabs! His customer service and professionalism is very impressive in a modern world where everyone else seems to be in a hurry and neglecting the art of customer care! He was contactable at all times and always responded to emails promptly. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone needing their first will and will certainly be using him to update mine in the future.
