I had a complicated negligence issue that went back decades, i was ignored by most solicitors but Churchers were happy to listen and their legal executive Claire Bond took up my claim. I needed a birth certificate verified which got completed, however the solicitor did not sign my statutory declaration as I did not have a valid form of identification (he required passport). I said I have with me a driving license which he did not accept, despite a driving license being a valid form of identification. I tried to get an appointment to come back with my passport to complete the work however was told that they would get back to me. They did not. I chased up multiple times and called 3 times with no response. I am still waiting for my call back. I also relayed that this was time sensitive which they made a note of however clearly this made no difference.
