I have spoken to quite a few of these lovely people lately but I have asked for their help and advice for YEARS. When I first moved into the area with four out of my five children one of the first persons to really help me and sorted out my issues and problems was Martin Hunt who very unfortunately died before my next appointment with him...He was amazing...just like the rest of his team...simply amazing, kind and have the GREATEST empathy towards their clients! They go out of their way just to help...and it's MORE than help to me and my children...I don't know what I'd do without the Citizens Advice Bureau!!!

I found the whole experience a waste of time. I had saved all my paperwork and taken it in, the staff carefully arranged it all into bundles to make it easier. I was then told by the debt advisor to dispose of all historical paperwork as it was no longer relevant.. So I did that, he then stated i needed the paperwork. After telling me to get rid of it.. I feel sorry for the people who arranged it all into bundles.

I really appreciated the time and kind concerned given to me and my college when we needed the help and advise. Because of that, I am now considering become a volunteer myself to give something back to others, as part of my New Year Resolution. Thank you all so much once again.
