Reason for 3 stars instead of 5: I sent a couple of documents to be apostilled one being my original British marriage certificate, the other being a translation of the same document to Italian. Upon return, only the translation came — they lost my original marriage certificate and affirmed they only found one document in the envelope, which was untrue. To be sure, I went to the post office where I mailed the documents, in case I had indeed lost one of the documents. It turns out they never found anything there. I call back to let them know and they again say it is unlikely they lost it, but that they’d be willing to apostille another certificate for free since I had paid for the service of two apostilles. The thing is, they lost a document that had sentimental value for me. I agree to send another certificate. Twenty minutes later someone calls me to let me know they found my document, and were going to complete the service paid for and mail it back to me. I just wish they had made sure they looked everywhere before making me feel terrible for half a day. The lady, (whose name I don’t need to reveal) was kinder on the phone after she (or someone else) found my document. Apologies accepted! I hope this does not happen to anyone again, better triple check before making someone feel stupid, when they’re sure they were not in the wrong

I recently needed a birth and marriage certificate apostilled urgently and Milton Keynes Legalisation really helped me out. Karen was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone, guiding me through the process with ease. I was able to drop off the certificates and collect them the next day. This was a huge help, as I had a flight booked for the next day and needed the certificates beforehand. They are also very reasonably priced, other companies charge significantly more for an emergency apostille.

Wow! Needed my Birth Certificate and my Certificate of No Impediment apostilled and sent (one to home, one abroad) very swiftly to sort out marriage paperwork. Karen & Amanda provided a truly first class service, arranging the apostilling and sending the documents to the two addresses to arrive in time to get everything done, as well as keeping me informed of progress. I cannot recommend Karen enough. I called in desperate need for an emergency Apostille on marriage documents, I drove down from Leicester to drop the documents on Monday afternoon and had them back to me legalised by the Wednesday at 11am. Fantastic service worth every penny! Thank you.

As you can imagine I was under abit of a panic as I was needing the documents urgently, Youse responded to every query rapid and kept me well informed throughout the way.
