In my experience this was a fantastic firm, well managed & with some excellent people working there. Particular mention to Anne in the North Walsham office, without whom I don’t think our house purchase would have completed before the first-time buyers stamp duty discount was removed. She really knows her stuff and would deal with enquiries same-day. A sharp contrast in ability with the seller’s solicitors who would take months to respond to simple queries. Cannot recommend C&C highly enough.

Having dealt with various members of the Commercial Team from 2021 onwards I have found them all very diligent and very easy to deal with. Sound advice always received from the team and we have trusted the Commercial department to act effectively for the Council over the last three years. We have bought and sold several times from small transactions to really large property disposals and acquisitions and have found Paul and Danielle to be excellent on all counts
