Marie and her team were great, explained everything clearly and kept the process moving along quickly so that we could complete before the stamp duty deadline. We recently purchased our first home and used Clarke & Sons services. We would like to thank both Marie and Molly for making the process very smooth and plain sailing. We were concerned the exchange would not happen before the stamp duty deadline, but they ensured this was not the case through their prompt dealings with matters. Absolutely excellent. We were recommended Clarke and Son by a friend and are so grateful for it. We didn't have the simplest process in purchasing, for external reasons, but Simon was excellent, fast to respond and polite form start to end. We have a few other matters to wrap up, Becky is also being brilliant dealing with these. Can highly recommend!
