They placed a fee earner with us to work in our commercial debt collection arm. After the 2 day induction at our head office, it became clear quite quickly that this person had an alcohol issue, (whilst working), and for the protection of our staff and clients he was dismissed within a week. Rather than offer to find a replacement, (which we were happy to pay for), or even look at our other vacancies throughout our business, (and we had many as a growing business), they wanted to charge us for the privilege of providing a drunk employee who lasted less than a week. Clearly no appetite to grow a long term relationship with us, just focused on short term income. Not used again.
