Tooba provided outstanding service with our family visa application. It was a complex and stressful process, but Tooba was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us calm from start to finish. She gave us excellent guidance on when to wait and when to push forward, which was crucial for our success. We were very anxious during the process, but Tooba gave us the right advice and kept us focused. We are so incredibly happy to have received the news that our visas have been approved. We truly could not have done it without her expert help.If you are looking for a solicitor who is reliable, honest, and truly cares about your case, look no further than Tooba. Thank you, Tooba, for everything you have done to help us bring our family together.

We first contacted Clearview Solicitors May 2025 after reading there excellent reviews. We wanted a spouse visa we met Solicitor Tooba Shah who explained the process to us. She kept us informed throughout the process telling us what documents were needed and when. Tooba is very approachable always replying back to emails texts and phone calls. 11/05/2026 we received the good news that the spouse visa had been granted. If anyone is looking for advice on immigration I would highly recommend Clearview Solicitors in Rochdale. Thanks again Tooba and your team.
