I had a genuinely great experience working with this firm for my property purchase. Buying a home can be quite stressful, but the team made the whole process feel much more manageable and reassuring. They were incredibly thorough and attentive to detail, always taking the time to check everything carefully and explain things clearly so I could fully understand each step. I never felt rushed or left in the dark, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was their sense of responsibility and care – it felt like they truly had my best interests in mind throughout. Compared to my previous experiences, the difference in service quality was very noticeable. A heartfelt thank you to Mohammed, Patryk, and Safya for your patience, professionalism, and support. I’m very grateful for everything you’ve done. I would absolutely recommend them – 5 stars without hesitation.

⛔️🚨 Please avoid this company⛔️. I have lost 20K because of a guy called Mohammed Yakub, who is also the company’s director. They technically trap you by giving a very low quote. Once you pay a deposit, they tell you different stories, complete lies, just to increase their quote. I declined to pay extra money. He (Mohammed) rang me 2 days before completion and said we can’t complete the transaction, due to no time left and it being an auction property. I had to choose between paying 20K extra or losing 34K deposit. I don't think he is even qualified solicitor. Very unprofessional, aggressive , & arrogant. Mohammed Yakub company director

I dealt with this company last year, about a sell of a property. They lack professionalism, empathy and honest. If you want a smooth transition of property selling I would think twice before using them.

I used this firm to sell a property, they were brilliant, good communications all through the process. Aliyah Yaqoob and Patrick were so professional, very good service at very competitive price. Would highly recommend this firm.
