Jared McNally at Cliffford Johnston & Co really understood and built up my case well. He and his team have a great package for regulatory cases which in my case included early access to a Barrister. Jared and the team took great care in presenting my case and came up with some great points from their detailed review of the evidence. I was really proud of the submissions they put forward on my behalf and they put the evidence I already had in a really persuasive way. The result was an overwhelmingly successful outcome, which has been a huge weight off my mind. I am already using Clifford Johnston again and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Where do i start. I based my choice from here so therefore got in touch with jared mcnally. His reviews are bang on. From day one he was friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. Nothing was to much. I was literally at my lowest point and he and his team got me through my nightmare. I cannot recommend jared enough. Go with jared and Clifford Johnston and they will give their absolute best. Thank you too all the team

Enquired about a case 2.5 weeks ago, had to chase back 3 times until finally on the third time I received a call back by the trainee solicitor who mentioned money as the first thing to throw me off like it was an issue and basically explained how we don't take driving cases but however previously they have tried to take on my driving case. More important the tone/ mannerism of the short phone call I had was in a way that they didn't want to engage with me and can't wait to get on with their day.

My case is allocated to Jared McNally and at first I couldnt fault how quick he read up on my case and got in touch with me. It was a relief! However today, just a few days before my hearing, he has advised he cannot represent me and has contacted my regulatory body, without advising me first. I only found this out, after I contacted him, not the other way round. The case was passed to him from my Union. He has not updated the union of this, so they believe he is still representing me. Ive tried to get hold of him to no avail. I had a lot of questions and he didn't answer them, but instead terminated the call on me. This has caused a lot of stress and uncertainty, in an already stressful situation. I thought when I was allocated to this firm, I was going to get a consistent and approachable response. Theres good reviews and I was grateful the union passed it over at first! Hopefully this can be resolved and either Jared or someone from the firm can assist/ advise. Update: 1 day until I have to contact the regulatory body to confirm my attendance at the hearing, and 3 weeks after the requested information was due to be submitted - nothing has been submitted, I dont know who to contact and I believe the firm has closed my file. I am hoping the Union can reallocate my case tomorrow, but this feels very chaotic and last minute. It's caused a stressful and anxiety proving situation to be even more so!
